You know those household items you walk by everyday and KINDA look at but don't really appreciate? I lost one today... my beautiful glass pedestal hurricane got broken, or should I say shattered... and as much as I loved it, I had not truly realized it until now. As it lays in a hundred pieces on my floor.
My prayer today is that our relationships do not become one of those things we overlook until they are broken beyond repair...overlooked and unappreciated in our midst until one day they are gone.
The saddest part is that I will most likely be able to replace my beautiful hurricane one day with something very comparable...but I will look at it and remember what I once had, where now a substitute stands in its place.
So I got your message with the location of this lovely place (looks perfect!) and didn't get here until now...isn't that awful? Anyway, I adore that you have this and I just sat and drank in all your little thoughts and I feel like I've spent 10 minutes with you! Which is wonderful. I like the way you think.
